Perched on a cliff-top in the region’s most important port city, Mombasa, the main gateway to East and Central
Africa, this one of a kind four-bedroom villa comes with a 2.2 acre property, endless terraces on multiple
levels, 360° views of the open sea, an idyllic creek, swimming pool and a parkland-style garden.

With three out-door fresh water ponds, a croquet lawn large enough to land a helicopter, mature trees, and 40 years of planting
and pruning hundreds of exotic flowers, palms, orchids, ferns, creepers, lilies, cacti, mangoes, coconuts, baobabs, and every kind
of indigenous plant, the garden is impressive during both the rains and the dry season. It attracts more than 100 species of birds
and is one of the last safe havens in the area for two resident families of monkeys, the sykes and the vervet.
