A new year comes with different
resolutions, changes and many other things; and here at the
Tamarind we chose to introduce something new, exciting and
refreshing for our special guests this month of April 2017.
On our starters we have new entries
such as Duck Moneybags – many would relate to the Crab Moneybags
we had at one time; Three fish tartare, BBQ champagne crab
amongst others; not to mention the Goat cheese and figs salad.
We have also taken into account our
signature dishes which are still existing in our new menu so do
not feel that all is lost – your favourite Chlli and Ginger
crab, Mama Regina’s prawns masala, Lobster thermidore, Prawns
piri piri are very much featured on the new menu with a few new
main course dishes just to mention a few such as the Baked salsa
fish, Salmon miso amongst others.
For all the sweet toothed guests, we
have introduced more yummy desserts such as the Truffle fudge
cake, Apple tarte tatin, Passion fruit Bavarois among many
